Alice Springs Information
Average temperatures for Alice Springs in October are 30.5c maximum and 14.6c minimum. The days are fine and warm with the nights pleasantly cool. It doesn't rain often but it is best to be prepared for wet weather. Don't forget your hat and sunscreen and a water bottle.

Central Australia has some wonderful National Parks and other scenic attractions that are well worth visiting during your stay. Many are located a considerable distance from town and may require two or three days to appreciate fully, so consider planning your trip with that in mind.
