Masters Team Challenge
, 7pm Friday 8th October
This event is not part of the official Alice Springs Masters Games 2010 program.

Teams of 4 bowlers per team (Men - Women or Mixed Teams welcome).
Teams combinded average shall not exceed 650.
Entry fee $30 per bowler - $120 per team of four.

All prize monies after payment of lineage will be paid as follows:
1st - 50%   2nd - 30%   3rd - 20%

This event is a fun tournament held as a get to know you affair with nibbles and some drinks provided between 6pm - 7pm.

General Rules
1.   Eligibility -   The Alice Springs Masters Games is open to all bowlers who have attained the age of 35 as at 31st December 2009 and are in possession of a 2010 Tenpin Bowling Association Limited Registration Card -  Proof of Age to be available upon request during the games.
 
2.    All Tenpin Bowling Australia Limited Tournament Rules and Regulations shall apply with the Events Director’s decision being final.

3.    Closing date for entries – 10th September 2010.

4.    Entering averages and cut-off dates -  Entrants shall use their highest league average established over 18 games in a sanctioned league or tournament of weekly play during the period up to 31st August 2010.

5.    Proof of average from League Secretary or Centre Management to be available if required.

Medal Presentations
All events medals at dinner Friday 15th October
Masters Medals after final Saturday 16th October at The Dustbowl

Competition Dates
The Games will be held from Saturday 9th to Saturday 16th October 2010   The Dustbowl will open at 10 am daily for the duration of the Games.  Competitors may compete at anytime between10 am and 6 pm.  After these times entries are permitted on reservation of a lane.  Tuesday and Thursday evenings the bowl will be open later for completion of events.

Entries for All Events will cease at Midday (12.00) 15th October 2010.

Persons without an established average should apply to the tournament directors for an average to be set if no application is made then the entering average shall be set at 185 for men and 175 for women.

Rules for All Events
Bowlers may bowl a maximum of 4 times in own grade plus 4 times in a higher grade, however, partners must be changed for each doubles and mixed doubles and one person must be changed in each trios lineup.

Bowlers in Open Grade may bowl a maximum of 8 times in Singles with the partner/lineup rule applying in Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Trios.

All Events score will be determined on the first Singles, Doubles and Trios, (Regardless of Grade). 
An All Events Champion will be declared in all Grades.
NB:  Mixed Doubles DO NOT count for All Events score.

Additional entries above the first Singles, Doubles and Trios attempts will be charged at the rate of $21 per person per attempt.
Alice Springs Masters Games medals will be presented to the top three placings in each grade of each event –
